1986~1994年,以天水为基点对陇南小麦条锈病的流行规律开展了进一步研究,明确了:1)病菌越夏有直接和间接两种方式。海拔1700m以上的高山区为病菌的主要越夏基地,夏季降雨和温度是影响病菌越夏的最重要因素。2)当地越夏菌源为秋苗发病的主要菌源来源,菌源量、播期和降雨为影响秋苗发病的主要因素。3)首次证明,陇南秋季菌源量大时,可直接传入关中并引致较大流行。4)半山区为病菌的主要越冬基地。5)春季病菌先在半山发展,后向全区和西部麦区传播。并根据上述流行规律提出了控制策略建议。
From 1986 to 1994, the prevalence of wheat stripe rust in Longnan was further studied by using Tianshui as a starting point. It was clarified that 1) the pathogen was more direct and indirect in summer. High mountainous areas above 1700m above sea level are the major summer bases for germs. Summer rainfall and temperature are the most important factors affecting the summer of the pathogen. 2) The main source of bacteria was the local bacteria source of autumn seeding. The amount of bacteria, sowing time and rainfall were the main factors that affected the emergence of autumn seeding. 3) For the first time, it proved that when the quantity of bacteria in Longnan was large in autumn, it could be directly introduced into Guanzhong and caused a large epidemic. 4) The mid-mountain area is the main overwintering base for germs. 5) Spring germs first developed in the Mid-levels and then spread to the whole district and the western wheat area. Based on the above popular laws, a control strategy proposal is proposed.
