缺血性脑卒中是指由各种原因引起的脑组织血液供应障碍所导致的神经细胞缺血坏死。尽管CT和MRI等影像学技术的广泛应用,但对于早期缺血性脑卒中患者仍有一定的局限性。脑电图(EEG)作为脑电生理检查,为早期脑卒中提供了一定的临床信息,EEG所示的波幅和频率的异常程度与脑梗死部位具有良好的对应性,并且为患者预后提供了很大帮助。本文对脑卒中患者早期EEG检查的意义、EEG改变与梗死部位的对应性以及EEG对预后的影响作一综述。
