目前,在知识经济时代,人力资源导向将成为企业成功的基本导向。企业之间的竞争本质上是人才的竞争,企业如何吸引人才、培育人才,充分发挥人才的潜能,是企业成败的关键。而薪酬体系则是人力资源管理最基础的环节,为了适应人力资源市场化的要求,企业要吸取外部先进的评价方法,在薪酬体系上体现出岗位、人员素质以及绩效贡献的差异。强化从物质上激励员工,增加工作满意度,建立一套科学、合理的分配制度。
At present, in the era of knowledge economy, human resources orientation will become the basic guide of business success. The competition between enterprises is essentially the competition of talents. How to attract talents, nurture talents and give full play to the potential of talents is the key to the success or failure of an enterprise. The salary system is the most basic part of human resources management. In order to meet the requirements of marketization of human resources, enterprises should learn from advanced external evaluation methods and reflect the difference of positions, personnel quality and performance contribution in the salary system. Strengthen the material incentives to employees, increase job satisfaction, and establish a scientific and rational distribution system.
