为检验应急预案培训效果,建立一种基于柯氏模型和二元语义的应急预案培训效果综合评估方法。首先,根据柯氏模型,从反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层4个评估层建立由4个一级指标和17个二级指标构成的应急预案培训效果评估指标体系。其次,结合二元语义有序加权平均算子理论(T-OWA),确定二元语义模糊层次分析法(FAHP)构建路径。最后,采用该方法对某企业应急预案培训效果进行实例评估。结果表明,该企业的应急预案培训效果总体很好。基于柯氏模型和二元语义的应急预案培训效果评估方法不仅可以计算出应急培训效果等级,而且还可以找出影响应急预案培训效果的具体因素,从而弥补以往评估方法的不足,实现了对应急预案培训效果的全面评估与语言评价信息的定量化分析,保证了语言评价信息的真实性。
In order to test the effect of emergency plan training, a comprehensive evaluation method of training effect based on Korotkoff model and binary semantics was established. First of all, according to the Korotkos model, an evaluation index system for training effectiveness of contingency plans consisting of 4 first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators is set up from four evaluation levels: reaction layer, learning layer, behavior layer and result layer. Secondly, with the binary semantic ordered weighted average operator theory (T-OWA), the binary semantic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is established. Finally, this method is used to evaluate the effectiveness of a company emergency response training. The results show that the company’s emergency response training overall effect is very good. The training effect evaluation method based on Korotkoff model and binary semantics can not only calculate the effect level of emergency training, but also find out the specific factors that affect the training effect of emergency plan so as to make up for the deficiencies of the previous assessment methods and to realize the emergency The comprehensive evaluation of the training effect of the plan and the quantitative analysis of the language evaluation information ensure the authenticity of the language evaluation information.
