目的 研究麦饭石对有致癌作用的互隔交链孢霉毒素AME和AOH的吸附清除作用。方法 把麦饭石装入两组过滤柱中 ,把毒素配制成 0 5mg/ml浓度液体 ,加入两组的过滤柱中 ,分别测定在紫外光下荧光斑点颜色和面积 ,来记为强阳性、弱阳性。结果 原液 ,对照组AME和AOH都是强阳性 ,空白组为阴性。结论 麦饭石对霉菌毒素有较强的吸附清除能力 ,吸附清除率可认为达98% ,是一种比较结合实际成本低廉的去毒途径。
Objective To study the effect of maifan stone on the adsorption and removal of A. mellea and AOH which have carcinogenic effects. METHODS: Maifanite was packed into two groups of filter columns, and the toxin was formulated into a liquid with a concentration of 0 5 mg/ml. Two groups of filter columns were added. The color and area of fluorescent spots under ultraviolet light were measured and recorded as strong positive. Weak positive. Results In the stock solution, AME and AOH were both strongly positive in the control group and negative in the blank group. Conclusion Maifanite has strong adsorption and removal capacity for mycotoxins, and the elimination rate of the drug can be considered as 98%. It is a detoxification route that is relatively inexpensive and practical.
