改革开放三十多年来,市场经济的大潮已经席卷神州大地,国有企业面临的市场竞争压力也越来越大。面对这种情况,党的十八大提出要进一步深化国有企业改革,为国有企业指明了发展方向。在这种全新的形势下,国有企业如何适应经济社会全面发展的需要,建立科学完善的内部激励机制,最终实现把握人才资源、发挥人才能力、挖掘人才潜力,从而提升企业核心竞争力和市场活力的目标,是当前国有企业面临的一个重要问题。本文就从建立激励机制的必要性、当前国有企业激励机制现状分析和如何建立科学的激励机制等方面,阐述笔者的观点。
Over the past thirty years of reform and opening up, the tide of the market economy has swept through the vast land of China. The pressure of market competition faced by state-owned enterprises is also growing. Faced with this situation, the 18th CPC National Congress proposed to further deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and set the direction for the development of state-owned enterprises. Under this brand-new situation, how state-owned enterprises can adapt themselves to the needs of all-round economic and social development and establish a sound and scientific internal incentive mechanism so as to realize the goal of grasping the talent resources, giving play to their talent ability and taping the potentials of talents so as to enhance their core competitiveness and market vitality The goal of the current state-owned enterprises is facing an important issue. This essay elaborates the author’s point of view from the necessity of establishing the incentive mechanism, the current situation of the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises and how to establish the scientific incentive mechanism.
