贺西矿主提升皮带机在经过井口变坡点时,由于输送带经过凸弧段曲率半径小,造成皮带机运行阻力增大,提升能力达不到皮带机的设计要求,输送带边缘开胶、绳芯断丝,主提升皮带机存在很大的安全隐患。为此对贺西矿主提升系统进行了改造。在未改变主皮带机电动机功率、减速器、液力偶合器、机头架主结构及其安装基础的的情况下,就使主提升系统的提升能力大大提高。不仅满足了矿井生产需要,而且消除了主皮带机的安全隐患,确保了矿井安全生产。
