目的 :探讨骨形态发生蛋白 7(BMP 7)在骨骼系统不同发育时期、不同细胞和疾病中的作用。方法 :广泛查阅近期有关BMP 7在骨骼系统中不同作用的文献 ,综述有关内容。结果 :BMP 7具有强烈的骨诱导活性 ,可在异位诱导新骨形成 ;在骨骼发育的不同阶段具有一定的调节作用 ;它可促进成骨细胞增殖和碱性磷酸酶的表达 ,并促进软骨细胞蛋白多糖表达和关节软骨缺损的修复 ;BMP 7在黄韧带骨化和后纵韧带骨化等疾病的发生方面具有一定的促进作用。结论 :BMP 7在骨骼系统中的作用特点将促进将来其在骨折愈合及软骨缺损修复中发挥重要作用
Objective: To investigate the role of bone morphogenetic protein 7 (BMP 7) in different cell types and diseases at different developmental stages of the skeletal system. METHODS: Extensive reviews of recent literature on the different roles of BMP 7 in the skeletal system are summarized. RESULTS: BMP 7 had strong osteoinductive activity and induced new bone formation in ectopic tissues. BMP 7 had some regulatory roles in different stages of bone development. It promoted osteoblast proliferation and alkaline phosphatase expression and promoted cartilage Cell proteoglycan expression and repair of articular cartilage defects; BMP7 has a certain role in promoting the development of ossification of the ligamentum flavum and posterior longitudinal ligament ossification. CONCLUSIONS: The role of BMP7 in the skeletal system will promote its future role in the repair of fractures and cartilage defects
