随着我国经济的快速发展,国家对乡镇小型水利工程建设进一步加大了投入力度,对有病险病害的水利工程也加强了整治,对于基础设施的水利工程来讲,管理控制施工质量具有十分重要的意义。但由于各种因素,水利工程的质量管理存在一定的难度,本文针对影响基础设施的水利工程质量的因素进行了阐述,进一步提出了如何加强水利工程施工质量管理的措施,仅供参考。
