现代远程开放教育是一种新的教育教学模式,与传统的面授教学模式有着极大的差别,如何评价远程教育的教学质量及效果,是当前现代远程教育中亟待解决的一个重要课题。本文通过对现代远程开放教育教学评估体系的设计思想和主要内容进行分析,依据现代远程教育自身特点,提出现代远程教育的评估应以学习者的发展为评估的核心标准,注重过程评估,把评估内容设定在五个方面,即学习者、指导教师、教学资源、教学支持体系和学习支持服务,并分别阐述了各部分应包含的评估内容。目的在于为现代远程教育评估及质量保证体系的探索提供一个可行的、适用于远程开放教育的、标准化的教学评估模型。
Modern distance and open education is a new mode of education and teaching. It has a great difference from the traditional face-to-face teaching mode. How to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of distance education is an important issue to be solved in modern distance education. Based on the characteristics of modern distance education, this paper proposes that the evaluation of modern distance education should take learners’ development as the core standard of evaluation, pay attention to process evaluation, Content is set in five aspects, namely, learners, mentors, teaching resources, teaching support system and learning support services, and were described in various parts of the assessment should be included. The purpose is to provide a viable and standardized model of teaching evaluation for the exploration of modern distance education evaluation and quality assurance system.
