团队建设是营销管理中的重点和难点之一,在当前复杂多变的行业形势和市场环境影响下,基层卷烟营销团队建设与管理提升已成为亟需研究的课题。本文从什么是团队,团队建设与管理的重要意义,当前基层卷烟营销团队存在的问题,现代卷烟营销团队建设与管理的具体策略四个方面着手,结合河南中烟上海销区团队实践工作经验,展开较系统的阐述与分析,探索建立高效卷烟营销团队行之有效的策略。
Team building is one of the key and difficult points in marketing management. Under the current complex and ever-changing industry situation and market environment, the construction and management of grassroots cigarette marketing team has become an urgent issue to be studied. This paper starts from four aspects: what is the significance of team, team building and management, the existing problems of grassroots cigarette marketing team and the concrete strategy of construction and management of modern cigarette marketing team. Combining with the practical working experience of Henan Tobacco Marketing Team in Henan Province, Expand a more systematic exposition and analysis to explore the establishment of efficient cigarette marketing team effective strategy.
