ERP以设备台账、人力资源、资产的信息数据为基础,以财务预算、计划、结算为主线,按照计划检修、缺陷处理等几种可能模式,以提高维修效率、降低总体维修成本为目标,将采购管理、库存管理、项目管理、设备资源管理集成在一个数据充分享的信息系统中。ERP是一个集成系统,可以分成许多模块,但模块之间是密切相关的,设备、项目、物资、财务、运行、燃料等一环扣一环。而ERP作为一个闭环系统,又可分为三个层次:维修规划、维修处理和维修分析。因此,ERP系统在国外企业中取得了极大的成功,同时它也适用我国的资产密集型企业,特别是那些设备品种多、价值高,对设备完好率及连续可运转率要求高的企业,如发电厂、输配电及供电企业等。 Based on the information of equipment ledger, human resources and assets, ERP takes the financial budget, plan and settlement as the main line, and according to several possible modes such as planned maintenance and defect disposal, with the goal of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing overall maintenance costs, The procurement management, inventory management, project management, equipment resource management integrated in a fully information-sharing information system. The ERP as a closed-loop system can be divided into three levels: maintenance planning, maintenance and repair and maintenance analysis. Therefore, the ERP system has achieved great success in foreign enterprises, at the same time, it also applies to our country’s asset-intensive enterprises, especially those with more varieties of equipment, high value, good equipment availability and continuous operation rate of high enterprises, Such as power plants, transmission and distribution and power supply companies.
