探讨了一种道岔外锁零件疲劳寿命的分析方法。利用理论分析、手册资料和现场测试三者的优势,建立道岔零件疲劳寿命的分析方法。从薄弱位置、S-N模型、应力换算以及环境因素等方面,实例分析了道岔心轨第二牵引点锁钩的疲劳寿命。结果表明,利用理论计算、手册资料和现场测试的方法,评价道岔零件的疲劳寿命是切实可行的。结合分析结果,讨论了零件疲劳寿命分析的可靠性以及改善的方法。
A method of analyzing the fatigue life of turnout lock components is discussed. Utilizing the advantages of theoretical analysis, manual data and on-site testing, an analysis method of fatigue life of turnout parts is established. From fatigue location, S-N model, stress conversion and environmental factors, the fatigue life of the second traction point locking hook of the turnout was analyzed. The results show that it is practicable to evaluate the fatigue life of switch parts by theoretical calculation, manual data and field test methods. Combined with the analysis results, the reliability of the fatigue life analysis of parts and the method of improvement are discussed.
