在评估ANG储气性能的研究中,选择恰当的状态方程非常重要。采用容积法测试装置考察了甲烷吸附储存条件下各种气体状态方程的适用性。通过对比分析,在室温、0~8MPa条件下,运用理想气体状态方程、SRK状态方程、PR状态方程、维里方程和RK方程计算求得的体积比相对偏差分别为10.097%、1.230%、1.475%、2.288%和0.248%,其中利用RK状态方程计算求得到的体积比相对偏差最小,是在实验压力范围内完全适用于甲烷吸附储存研究的状态方程;若实验压力不超过4MPa,则维里方程和SRK方程也可适用。
In the study of evaluating ANG gas storage performance, it is important to choose the appropriate state equation. The volumetric method test equipment was used to investigate the applicability of the equation of state for various gases under methane adsorption and storage conditions. By comparative analysis, the relative volumetric deviations calculated by ideal gas state equation, SRK equation of state, PR equation of state, Virial equation and RK equation are 10.097%, 1.230% and 1.475 %, 2.288% and 0.248%, respectively, of which the relative deviation of the volume ratio calculated by the RK equation of state is the minimum, which is completely applicable to the equation of state for methane adsorption and storage research in the experimental pressure range. If the experimental pressure does not exceed 4 MPa, Equations and SRK equations are also applicable.
