目前生产上常用的喷雾器是552——丙型和工农——17型手动喷雾器。由于喷头上的喷片孔径较大(1.3mm),所以使用药液量大(一般每亩地需要药液100斤以上),工效低,一人一天仅能喷3~4亩。为解决这一问题,去年我们在防治青椒、甘蓝和大白菜等病虫害时,应用北京农业大学新研制的孔径为0.7mm的喷片,取得了明显效果。其特点:一是需水量少,防治1亩菜田药液量只需7~20斤。二是提高工效显著,一人一天可防治20~30亩,比过去提高工效8~10倍。三是防治效果好,采用新型喷片,配制的药液浓度高,喷出后雾化程度高,液滴覆盖率高。
