目的对智力低下的幼儿进行早期治疗,以提高患儿的智力水平。方法选取轻、中、重度智力低下患儿各40例,分别分成四组,每组均有轻度智力低下、中度智力低下、重度智力低下患儿各10例。Ⅰ组30例,进行家庭智能训练;Ⅱ组30例,予以智能训练(语言训练)及高压氧治疗;Ⅲ组30例,予以智能训练(语言训练)及针灸治疗;Ⅳ组30例,予以智能训练(语言训练)、高压氧、针灸治疗。疗程3个月。按照盖塞尔发育量表(Gesell Developm ent Scale)于治疗前后分别测定Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的每位患儿的IQ。分别进行Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组间有效率的比较;每组间轻、中、重不同程度智力低下的有效率的比较。结果Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组智能水平较Ⅰ组均有显著提高;Ⅳ组分别较Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的智能水平均显著提高;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组每组间轻、中、重不同程度比较,轻中度治疗后智能水平显著提高。结论在治疗智力低下,尤其轻中度智力低下的患儿应采用中西医结合的治疗方法,提高智力水平及社会适应行为能力,使他们尽早回归社会。
Objective Early treatment of mental retardation in children to improve children’s intelligence. Methods Forty children with mild, moderate and severe mental retardation were selected and divided into four groups, each with mild mental retardation, moderate mental retardation, and severe mental retardation in 10 children. Group Ⅰ (n = 30) received home intelligence training; group Ⅱ (n = 30) received intelligent training (language training) and hyperbaric oxygen therapy; group Ⅲ (n = 30) were given intelligent training (language training) and acupuncture; Training (language training), hyperbaric oxygen, acupuncture treatment. Course of 3 months. According to the Gesell Developm ent Scale, the IQ of each child in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was measured before and after treatment. Respectively, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ between the efficiency of the group comparison; each group of light, medium and heavy different levels of mental retardation of the efficiency of the comparison. Results The intelligence levels in groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in group Ⅰ. The levels of intelligence in group Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ respectively. The levels of intelligence, Compared with mild to moderate treatment, the level of intelligence was significantly improved. Conclusion The treatment of mental retardation, especially mild to moderate mental retardation in children should adopt the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, improve intelligence and social adaptive behavior, so that they return to society as soon as possible.
