一、电阻式传感器电阻式传感器是利用电阻元件把待测的物理量如力、位移、形变及加速度等量变换成电阻阻值,从而通过对电阻阻值的测量达到测量该物理量的目的。电阻式传感器按其工作原理可分为以下二类: 1.电位计式电阻传感器 2.应变式电阻传感器电位计式传感器工作于电阻阻值变化较大的状态,适宜测量被测对象参数变化较大的场合,由于此类传感器与一般电位计相同,故不再赘述。应变式电阻传感器工作于电阻阻值变化极小的状态,灵敏度较高,以下作专题介绍。 (一) 应变式电阻传感器原理
