“没有分数的教学”,是我校进行教育科研的市级课题。经过7年的实践,我们深切体会到进行这个试验,是由“应试教育”向素质教育转轨的一个很好的抓手。分数历来是作为评定学生的权威指标,它的特点是按分排队、按分评优、按分取人。由于它存在一定的片面性,这种直接评分模式在世界范围内受到一些教育专家的批评。正如苏霍姆林斯基说的“分数已成为人们的偶像”,但在我国仍墨守成规地使用着。学生为了分数整天埋头死记硬背,成为分数的奴隶。随着时代的变化,形势的发展,我们感到这种模式不利于培养
