讷谟尔河是嫩江左侧第二大支流。１９５３年８月发生了近百年以来第一位大洪水。此次洪水来势凶猛，高水持续时间长。分析其原因仍有现实意义。
The Nimmer River is the second largest tributary of the Nenjiang River on the left. In August 1953 the first major flood in nearly a century occurred. The flood was fierce, high water continued for a long time. Analysis of the reasons there is still practical significance.
