我院自1987年～1994年1月共超声检查血尿病人287例,现对其中11例资料较完整的肾肿瘤病例并经过CT或手术确诊的病例报告如下。 仪器与方法 使用仪器为荷兰400型超声诊断仪,探头频率为3.5MHz。 方法:患者取侧、俯、仰卧位,对肾区进行常规横、纵、斜切面多次探查,确定病变部位,并记录。 结果 本组11例中男性8例,女性3例,年龄18岁～80
