针对煤泥脱水高频振动筛使用普通圆柱螺旋弹簧时,存在着吸振性差,易发生疲劳失效断裂等问题,提出采用多股螺旋弹簧作为其支撑,并运用模糊理论方法进行优化设计。通过对多股螺旋弹簧相关设计变量选择、目标函数建立、约束条件确定,构建了模糊优化设计模型,求出最优解,最终获得比较理想的优化设计结果。
When the ordinary cylindrical helical spring is used in slime dewatering high-frequency vibrating screen, there are some problems such as poor vibration absorption and fatigue failure failure. The multi-strand spiral spring is proposed as the support, and the fuzzy theory method is used to optimize the design. Through the selection of design variables related to multi-strand coil springs, the establishment of objective function and the determination of constraints, a fuzzy optimization design model is constructed and the optimal solution is obtained. Finally, the optimal design result is obtained.
