肌醇脂质信号转导系统中的肌醇磷脂的双信使学说已被确认。近年来,肌醇磷脂的PI3激酶途径和肌醇磷酸酯的信号转导作用亦逐渐被人们所认识。InsP6 是自然界中广泛存在的高磷酸化的磷酸肌醇,具有抗肿瘤、抗血小板聚集、抗氧化及俘获自由基等多种生理功能。本文对磷酸肌醇的细胞信号转导作用,尤其对InsP6 在细胞内的信号转导作用( 包括InsP6 在细胞内的生物合成、代谢及参与细胞内磷酸肌醇池作用、影响细胞内Ca2 + 信号转导途径及通过与细胞受体结合发挥作用等方面) 进行综述
The double messenger theory of inositol phospholipid in the inositol lipid signal transduction system has been confirmed. In recent years, the phosphoinositide PI3 kinase pathway and inositol phosphate signal transduction has also gradually been recognized. InsP6 is a widely phosphorylated phosphoinositide widely found in nature. It has many physiological functions such as anti-tumor, anti-platelet aggregation, anti-oxidation and trapping of free radicals. In this paper, cell signal transduction of phosphoinositides, especially signal transduction of InsP6 in cells (including the biosynthesis and metabolism of InsP6 in cells, and the role of phosphoinositides in cells, affect the intracellular Ca2 + signal Transduction pathways and their role in binding to cellular receptors)
