本次科研成果评奖,是我院历史上规模空前的一次评奖活动。去年七月,院党组向中央政治局汇报工作,得到了中央领导同志在政治上的指导和经费上的支持,除了批准增加我院科研经费之外,还专门批准了一笔奖励经费,在财政部的支持下,很快得到了落实。这充分体现了党中央、国务院和有关部门对社会科学的重视,对我院工作的关心和支持,以及对社会科学工作者的尊重和期望。全院同志深受鼓舞,深感温暖。院党组指示科研局和计财局一定要用好这笔钱,用出竞争激励机制,用出社会效益。为了做好这次评奖工作,科研局进行了认真的调查研究。一方面总结了我院前两届评奖工作的经验,另一方面充分借鉴了国家科技奖、社科基金奖评选的有关办法,广泛听取了院内外各方面的意见和建议,特别是还听取了财政部有关部门的政策性指导意见。在此基础上,研究制定了《中国社会科学院优秀科研成果奖励办法》和关于这次评选活动的若干规 The award of scientific research, is the history of our hospital an unprecedented award. In order to do a good job in this award, the Bureau conducted a serious investigation. On the one hand, it summarizes the experiences of the two previous awards in our college, on the other hand, it fully draws on the relevant measures of the National Science and Technology Award and Social Science Fund Award, widely solicits the opinions and suggestions of all quarters inside and outside the hospital, Relevant departments of the Ministry of Finance policy guidance. On this basis, the research and formulation of the “Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Outstanding scientific research awards incentives” and on the selection of a number of rules
