高压水射流切割的原理是使高速运行的水射流(600~900米/秒)通过一个极细的喷嘴(0.08~0.5毫米),然后在初切割的物体表面上移动,进行切割。射流是在一个用非常硬的材料(刚玉)制做的喷嘴内形成的,为了使水射流达到600~900米/秒的速度,需要2000~4200巴的压力。
The principle of high-pressure water jet cutting is to run high-speed water jets (600-900 m / s) through a very fine nozzle (0.08-0.5 mm) and then move it over the surface of the object to be cut for cutting. The jet is formed in a nozzle made of a very hard material (corundum) and a pressure of 2000-4200 bar is required to achieve a water jet of 600-900 m / s.
