慢性阻塞性肺疾病（C0PD）主要特征为气流受限不完全可逆,且呈进行性发展,是一种严重危害人类健康的疾病.研究表明,到2020年该病将占据世界疾病负担的第5位,也是引起全球死亡原因的第3位.目前,对C0PD的治疗原则通常以缓解症状及减少加重为主,目的在于降低患者病死率及提高生存质量.
