种子发芽率低制约了分蘖洋葱有性杂交育种研究工作的进展,现以10份分蘖洋葱自交系材料为试材,进行了分蘖洋葱自交系和杂交组合种子和发芽率试验。结果表明:供试的10个分蘖洋葱自交系的发芽率和发芽势差异较大,分别波动于33.18%~87.05%和13.58%~51.87%,其中‘马八一号’的发芽率和发芽势最高分别达到87.05%和51.87%,2项指标均高于对照,不育系‘MB01-79A’与对照相差不明显,其余材料均低于对照。8个分蘖洋葱杂交种的发芽率和发芽势差异较大,分别波动于41.70%~88.61%和25.48%~60.25%,其中‘珠葱1号’的发芽率和发芽势分别为88.61%和57.60%,‘荷兰紫’ב马八一号’杂交组合的分别为87.41%和60.25%,2份材料的发芽率和发芽势均高于对照,杂交组合‘KA2065’בWMF01-06C’表现也较好,其余的4个杂交组合低于对照,且相差较为明显。该试验结果可为选育生活力强的种子分蘖洋葱一代杂种提供基础试验数据参考。
The low seed germination rate has restricted the development of sexual crossbreeding of tillering onions. Now 10 in-line self-inbred lines of inbred lines were used as test materials to test the seed germination rate and the germination percentage of the onions and inbred lines of tiller. The results showed that the germination rate and germination potential of ten tillering inbred lines varied greatly from 33.18% to 87.05% and from 13.58% to 51.87%, respectively. The germination rate and germination energy of the two materials were higher than that of the control, and the performance of ’KA2065’ × ’WMF01-06C’ Also better, the remaining four hybrid combinations lower than the control, and the difference is more obvious. The results of this experiment can provide the basic experimental data for breeding the tillering onion hybrids with high vigor and vitality.
