【目的】明确小头钩白蚁[Ancistrotermes dimorphus(Tsai et Chen)]菌圃在蔗田土层中的空间分布规律,为白蚁蚁巢的找寻和巢群大小的确定提供科学依据。【方法】在广西崇左市驮卢镇和江州镇的甘蔗田中,在小头钩白蚁的发生区域设置7块样地,每块样地采用棋盘式抽样法取样,采用聚集度指标法和回归模型法分别测定小头钩白蚁菌圃在蔗田的空间分布型。【结果】小头钩白蚁的菌圃在甘蔗田中的分布主要属聚集分布,一般分布于地表下5.4~54.2cm的土层中,菌圃在10.0~39.9 cm的土层内分布较集中,约占菌圃总数量的89.16%。【结论】小头钩白蚁的菌圃在蔗田土层中具有明显的垂直分布规律,其空间分布型为聚集分布。
【Objective】 The spatial distribution of Ancistrotermes dimorphus (Tsai et Chen) fungi in sugarcane soil was clarified to provide a scientific basis for the search of termites and nest size. 【Method】 Seven plots were set up in the sugar cane field of TuoLu town and JiangZhou town, ChongZuo city, Guangxi province. Samples were collected by the checkerboard sampling method in each plot. Regression model method was used to determine the spatial distribution of Cotyledons termites nursery in sugarcane field. 【Result】 The results showed that the distribution of the nursery of the crested termites in the sugarcane field mainly belonged to the aggregation distribution, generally distributed in the soil layer 5.4 ~ 54.2cm below the earth’s surface. The distribution of the soil nursery in the soil layer 10.0 ~ 39.9 cm was approximately Accounting for 89.16% of the total number of garden. 【Conclusion】 There are obvious vertical distribution patterns in the soil of cotyledon termites in the soil of cotyledon termites, and their spatial distribution patterns are aggregated distribution.
