赵理海(1916年7月3日～2000年10月10日),著名国际法学家、北京大学法学院教授、国际海洋法法庭法官(1996年～2000年)。曾任第七届全国政协委员、全国政协法制委员会委员、民盟中央法制委员会副主任、中国和平统一促进会理事、希腊国际公法与国际关系学会“国际理事会”理事、中国国际法学会理事、中国海洋法学会副会长。
Zhao Lihai (July 3, 1916 to October 10, 2000), a famous international jurist, a professor at Peking University Law School, and a judge at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (1996-2000). He was the member of the Seventh CPPCC National Committee, the member of the Legal Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, the deputy director of the Central Legislative Affairs Commission of the NLD, the director of the China Association for Promoting Peaceful Reunification, the director of the Institute of Public International Law and International Relations, the “International Council”, the director of the Chinese Society of International Law , Vice president of China Society of Law of the sea.
