以颅神经损害为主要症状的鼻咽癌病人鼻部症状不显著,临床上易造成误诊。现将我院遇到的7例误诊病例分析如下: 一般资料男5例,女2例;年龄22～52岁,平均36.5岁。误诊为三叉神经疼3例;舌咽迷走神经炎1例;多数颅神经炎1例,Tolusa-Hunt综合征1例;面神经炎1例。其中6例曾在耳鼻喉科检查,有4例诊断为“慢性鼻炎”。7例均以颅神经损害为主要
The nasal symptoms of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with cranial nerve damage as the main symptoms are not significant, and they are easily misdiagnosed clinically. The 7 cases of misdiagnosis cases encountered in our hospital are analyzed as follows: General information 5 males and 2 females; aged 22 to 52 years, mean 36.5 years old. Misdiagnosed as trigeminal neuralgia in 3 cases; glossopharyngeal vagal neuritis in 1 case; most cases of cranial neuritis in 1 case, Tolusa-Hunt syndrome in 1 case; facial neuritis in 1 case. Six of them had been examined in the otolaryngology department and 4 had a diagnosis of “chronic rhinitis.” 7 cases were mainly cranial nerve damage
