联合国教科文组织在1970年第16届大会上确立了“阅读社会”这一新概念,它与中华传统的“书香社会”有异曲同工之妙,都在于表示阅读应当成为每个人日常生活中不可缺失的重要部分。也许正因为阅读如此重要,在中国语文教学中也就有了“以阅读为本位”的课程传统。教语文似乎就是教阅读,一本语文书,基本上就是供阅读教学用的课文。说话、写作等等,都只是顺便捎带,似乎可有可无。这种现象,反映
