2016年是我加入社会工作行业的第四个年头,回顾这一年,发生了太多值得纪念的事情。居民参与有力量。作为一名社区社工,培养社区领袖,促进居民参与,是一项核心的工作。在往年服务的基础上,我把加强亲子义工队建设、培养义工骨干作为2016年的重点工作内容。经过近一年的努力,社区亲子义工队伍形成了自己的管理制度、常规服务,义工们可以参与到社区服务的设计、开展、总结等各个环节中。如在2016年 The year 2016 is my fourth year in the social work industry. To recall this year, too many memorable events have taken place. Residents have the power to participate. As a community social worker, it is a core task to cultivate community leaders and promote residents’ participation. On the basis of previous years’ service, I regard strengthening the construction of parent-child volunteer teams and training volunteers as the key work of 2016. After nearly a year of hard work, community parent-child volunteer teams have formed their own management system and routine services. Volunteers can participate in the design, development, and summary of community services. As in 2016
