探究式教学方法的采用目前在我国已经取得了一定的成效。而在法学本科教学中,将探究性教学方法引入的还不具有代表性。在强调创新与实践的今天,将探究性学习方法引入法学本科教学课程是强化学生实践能力的一个尝试。笔者经过多年的教学实践,初步总结了这种方法在法学本科教育中实践的可行性,现以国际公法的探究性教学为例,从教学活动的设计、应注意的问题方面进行分析,以期提高高校法学本科教学探究性学习的有效性。
The adoption of inquiry-based teaching methods has achieved some success in our country at present. In law undergraduate teaching, the introduction of inquiry teaching method is not representative. In emphasizing innovation and practice, the introduction of inquiry learning into law undergraduate course is an attempt to strengthen students’ practical ability. After years of teaching practice, the author has initially summarized the feasibility of this method in law undergraduate education. Taking the inquiry teaching of public international law as an example, the author analyzes the design of teaching activities and problems that should be paid attention to in order to improve Effectiveness of inquiry learning in undergraduate law teaching in colleges and universities.
