讨论了雕塑曲面数控加工动态仿真及误差检测功能的实现方法,提出了雕塑曲面造型空间分割表示的仿真方法及利用z坐标法进行误差检测。该方法不仅适用于实体造型系统而且适用于曲面造型系统,同时解决了实时仿真系统中计算精度与计算速度之间的矛盾。该功能已在“超人CAD/CAM/CNC集成系统”中实现,效果良好。
The method of dynamic simulation and error detection of CNC surface machining is discussed. The simulation method of spatial representation of sculpture surface modeling and the error detection using z coordinate method are proposed. The method not only applies to the solid modeling system but also to the surface modeling system and at the same time solves the contradiction between the calculation accuracy and the calculation speed in the real-time simulation system. This function has been implemented in Superman CAD / CAM / CNC Integrated System and works well.
