阳台作为住宅建筑的重要组成部分,构成了住宅丰富多彩的立面造形。如果构造处理不当,同样造成裂缝、渗水、积水、倒返水等。 一、阳台栏板与墙体联结不当出现裂缝 观察表明,阳台栏板最常见的破坏现象是:阳台栏板与墙体联结处出现开裂,成V形裂缝,裂缝可一直延续至栏板底。严重的在联结处与墙体断开,如遇雨水,致使向室内阳台内渗水。 防治措施: 钢筋混凝土栏板,应加强外部边缘横向钢筋的配筋量。横向钢筋应锚入墙内或与构造柱筋点焊,
