探讨环核苷酸在不同穴位的分布及与针刺效应的关系。方法运用放射免疫测定技术对神阙、肾俞穴位组织内环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)进行了测定。结果正常大鼠神阙穴位组织内的cAMP、cGMP明显高于肾俞穴(P<0.001,P<0.05),电针肾俞穴时,两穴位cGMP的差异消失。结论提示环核苷酸在不同穴位的差异性分布及对针刺的特异性反应,可能是不同穴位具有不同的特异性功能的物质基础之一。
To investigate the distribution of cyclic nucleotides in different acupoints and the relationship with acupuncture effect. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the levels of cAMP and cGMP in Shenque and Shenshu acupoints. Results The cAMP and cGMP levels in Shenque acupoints of normal rats were significantly higher than those of Shenshu acupoints (P <0.001, P <0.05). When electroacupuncture at Shenshu acupoints, the differences of cGMP between two acupoints disappeared. The conclusion suggests that the distribution of cyclic nucleotides in different acupoints and the specific reaction to acupuncture may be one of the material bases for different acupoints with different specific functions.
