新课程改革以来,初中英语课堂教学与过去相比已经有了很大的进步,然而,其中仍然存在很多的不足,英语课堂效率总是不尽如人意。其原因可以总结为:1、英语教师在英语教学的过程中,基本以完成教材内容为目标,思想不够开阔,拘泥于教材所传授的知识和所传递的信息,师生之间缺乏互动,教师没有对学生实行发散思维教育,教师在教授课程的时候注重于讲授,持灌输性教育的思想,忽略对学生能力的培养。
