山地临海城市四周环山、地势较低,在遭遇暴雨事件时,地面径流量较大,对内河行洪能力构成威胁,容易发生内涝灾害。为解决以上问题,以象山县中心城区为例,运用SWMM进行模拟计算,并结合Arc GIS分析功能,模拟了5年一遇和20年一遇暴雨条件下城区的内涝灾害情况并分析了受灾区域的内涝成因。研究表明:在关键位置加设排水泵站辅助排水,可以解决内涝灾害问题,有效缓解城区排水压力、降低内涝损失。通过模拟验证措施的可行性,为城市内涝防洪研究提供参考。
