不断提升经营质量,转变经营模式。首先,转变营销模式,提升主动经营和培育市场能力。进一步完善市场经营部组织架构,切实实现市场经营工作由“量”向“质”的转变。其次,转变经营模式,培育企业市场供应链。与建设方、设计方、监理方、供应方、总分包方和所在地方,培育长期战略合作伙伴,实现合作共赢的经营模式。再次,提高经营人员自身素质和能力,提高全员经营热情,提高投标报价与标底的符合性,为施工生产和预防亏损创造良好条件。
