青春期功能失调性子宫出血(dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent),简称青春期功血,指初潮后1～2年内由于神经内分泌调节不完善,引起生殖内分泌紊乱造成的子宫异常出血需排除全身及内外生殖器的病变[1],属无排卵性功血。1病因青春期功血的病因还有许多不足之处,主要原因由于下丘脑垂体卵巢轴功能失调所致。
