提出了一种确定复合材料许用值的高精度小样本方法,该方法可以充分利用以往积累的经验和数据,并结合当前少量的试验就能对复合材料许用值进行预测。从而克服了由于复合材料性能分散性大,用现行方法确定其许用值所需试件个数多、试验经费昂贵的缺点。通过3种复合材料在拉、压、弯、剪4种受力状态下的5组对比试验表明:在精度相同的情况下,该方法可以比现行方法节省50%试件;而在试件数一定的条件下,它又能比现行方法大大提高预测精度。还给出了一种带缩放系数的F检验方法,进而解决了变异系数的检验问题。
A high precision small sample method for determining the allowable value of composite materials is proposed. The method can make full use of the accumulated experience and data, and can predict composite material allowable values in combination with the current small amount of experiments. Thus overcoming the shortcomings of expensive test materials due to the large dispersibility of the composite material, the large number of test pieces needed to determine the allowable value by the current method. Comparing the four kinds of composite materials under four kinds of stress such as tension, compression, bending and shearing, the test results show that the method can save 50% of the specimens under the same precision with the same method. However, It can greatly improve the prediction accuracy than the current method. A F-test method with scaling factor is also given, which solves the test of the coefficient of variation.
