目的对6697名特区高职大一学生的心理健康状况与人格特征进行调查研究,为有效开展心理健康教育,提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对6697名高职大一学生进行调查。结果特区高职大学生SCL-90各因子分低于全国大学生常模,差异有统计学意义。心理问题检出率为13.14%;其中强迫、人际关系敏感、敌对、抑郁问题突出。人格特征总体良好,积极。结论通过对特区高职大学生进行心理健康调查,有针对性地对高职新生开展心理健康教育,建立健全的人格,以提高高职大学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To investigate the mental health status and personality characteristics of 6697 freshmen in higher vocational education in the SEZs and provide scientific evidence for effective mental health education. Methods A total of 6,697 freshmen were investigated using the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). Results The scores of SCL-90 in higher vocational college students were lower than that of national college students, the difference was statistically significant. The detection rate of psychological problems was 13.14%. Among them, coercion, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and depression were prominent. Personality traits are generally good and positive. Conclusion Through the psychological health survey of higher vocational college students in the SAR, targeted mental health education for freshmen in higher vocational schools, establish a sound personality, in order to improve the mental health of college students.
