6.~(99m)锝-大颗粒白蛋白血流分布测定用于晚期宫颈癌动脉灌注化疗的意义(佐久薰本他) 作者曾用顺铂动脉灌注抗癌疗法治疗晚期宫颈癌取得良好效果。为使动脉灌注疗法更奏效,提高肿瘤局部的药物浓度至关重要。为此,试用~(99m)锝-大颗粒白蛋白(~(99m)Tc-macroaggrigated albumin,~(99m)Tc-MAA)测定法以观察肿瘤局部的血流分布情况。观察对象为晚期宫颈癌10例(Ⅱb 1例、Ⅲb 7例、Ⅳa 1例、复发1例)共做动脉灌注15人次,每次均行~(99m)Tc-MAA血流分布测定。按Seldinger法将导管插入一侧子宫动脉,然后注入~(99m)Tc-
6. ~ (99m) technetium - large particle albumin distribution of blood flow for the treatment of advanced cervical cancer arterial infusion chemotherapy (Sakuuhara Ben) The authors have used cisplatin arterial infusion of anti-cancer therapy for advanced cervical cancer achieved good results. In order to make arterial perfusion more effective, it is important to increase the local drug concentration in the tumor.
