应用电子自旋共振技术(ESR)测定了肺心病病人全血自由基水平,应用内藤氏法测定了血清丙二醛(MDA)含量,并与正常人作对照。结果表明肺心病急性期全血自由基水平明显高于正常组,缓解期仍保持在高水平。急性与缓解期血清MDA含量明显高于正常组,提示肺心病病人存在着自由基代谢的紊乱,表现为全血自由基水平增高及自由基引发的脂质过氧化终产物MDA含量增加。
The free blood levels of whole blood in patients with cor pulmonale were measured by electron spin resonance technique (ESR). The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum was determined by Naito’s method and compared with normal controls. The results showed that the level of whole blood free radicals in the acute phase of cor pulmonale was significantly higher than that in the normal group, and remained at a high level during the remission period. The levels of serum MDA in acute and remission patients were significantly higher than those in the normal group, suggesting that there is a disorder of free radical metabolism in patients with cor pulmonale, which is manifested by increased levels of whole blood free radicals and increased free radical-induced MDA content of lipid peroxidation end products.
