宝鸡市渭河治理,每年新建、改建堤防约8公里,加之堤防工程维修、养护,年用石量约需6万多米~3,实际上当地石料不但规格无法保证,而且在数量上也难以完成。为了解决石源不足的问题,八十年代以来,我们先后在市区、宝鸡、扶风等县的堤防工程建设中,采用混凝土代替砌石护坡的尝试,通过几年的实践观察和洪水考验,这种办法还是可行的,具体方法有:
