1983年3月15~17日由冶金部科技司主持在鞍钢召开了高温内燃式热风炉技术鉴定会。鉴定内容包括高温内燃式热风炉、高风温热风阀、热风炉并联送风风温自动控制等三项研究成果。自1974年以来该公司已陆续完成上述项目的试验研究和工业应用考核工作。其中9~#高炉高温内燃式热风炉在国内首次综合使用了锥形拱顶、复合式火井隔墙、七孔高效格子砖、带予混装置的陶瓷燃烧器等新技术装备,经高风温试验,风温可达1200℃以上,热效率高,设备状况良好。经改造后的GRF—11B型热风阀,采用了全焊接的新式结构,热损失小,开关灵活,寿
