急性喉炎引起喉梗阻多见于小儿,但在近一年中我们发现因萎缩性鼻炎合并上感脓性鼻涕倒流在声带及声门下形成块状于痂引起声嘶及极度呼吸困难,甚至频于窒息,我科检82年～83年发现10例。住院治疗二例。摘要如下:女7例,男3例,最大52岁,最小23岁,10例均有萎缩性鼻炎,住院病例报告如下:病例一:患者女、37岁,因声嘶、轻度呼吸困难一月余,加重一天,于82年12月13日急性喉炎喉梗阻收入院。入院一月多前曾因感冒、声嘶、呼吸困难而门诊治疗。
