通过喷管式汽-水换热器在某工程中的实际应用,发现换热器水侧和汽侧的压力差在0.08~0.10MPa 范围内,而且运行可靠,温升稳定。本文应用实际液体恒定总流的能量方程得出:换热器中流动介质(水)经过喉道处压能减少了0.141MPa,造成局部相对负压,从而以理论分析和运行实例证明,一些文献中“蒸汽压力必须大于水压”的说法应予修正。
Through the practical application of the nozzle type steam-water heat exchanger in a certain project, the pressure difference between the water side and the steam side of the heat exchanger is found to be in the range of 0.08 to 0.10 MPa, and the operation is reliable and the temperature rise is stable. In this paper, the energy equation of the actual liquid total flow is used to obtain: the pressure of the flowing medium (water) in the heat exchanger through the throat is reduced by 0.141 MPa, resulting in local relative negative pressure, thus the theoretical analysis and operation examples prove that some documents The statement that “the steam pressure must be greater than the water pressure” should be amended.
