采用雷氏盐差示紫外—可见分光光度法测定益母草[(Leonurus artemisa(Lour.)S.Y. Hu]颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量,结果表明盐酸水苏碱在0.08～0.32 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(标准曲线方程为△A=0.437 5 c/(mg/mL)-0.027 5,r=0.999 2),平均回收率为99.85%, RSD为1.83%。
The content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Leonurus artemisa (Lour.) SY Hu granules was determined by Rayleigh salt differential ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. The results showed that stachydrine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0.08-0.32 mg / mL (Standard curve equation is △ A = 0.437 5 c / (mg / mL) -0.027 5, r = 0.999 2), the average recovery was 99.85% and the RSD was 1.83%.
