(上接第15期)六、美国发展装配建筑的产业金融政策为了促进装配式住宅的发展,美国政府在金融制度、减免税收与金融服务方面出台了一系列优惠的产业政策。其次,装配式活动房屋购买时,只能使用动产抵押贷款,而预制装配式住宅和普通装配式房屋的购买,可以获得不动产抵押贷款。利率前者比后者高了2~8个百分点。而近年来美国银行利率不断下调,使得动产抵押贷款的利率更显得高。2010年以来,动产抵押贷款的利率甚至比不动产的抵押利率高了大约一倍,达到甚至超过8%。
