结果:Ⅰ型酶为(0.18±0.06)μmol/(min·g)相对于(0.24±0.09)μmol/(min·g)(P<0.05),而总酶I+D为(1.5±0.4)μmol/(min·g)相对于(1.8±0.4)μmol/(min·g)(P<0.05)。
PURPOSE: To study the activity of glycogen synthase in a NIDDM-like rat model. Methods: Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups (20 rats in each group). One group was injected with STZ (30mg / kg) into the tail vein and the other group was not given STZ. Group. After 18 weeks of observation, patients with impaired glucose tolerance and insulin level higher than or equal to that of the control group were selected as the NIDDM-like rat model. The activity of glycogen synthase was measured at the end of the experiment. Results: The activity of type Ⅰ enzyme was (0.18 ± 0.06) μmol / (min · g) vs (0.24 ± 0.09) μmol / (min · g) (P <0.05) Enzyme I + D was (1.5 ± 0.4) μmol / (min · g) versus (1.8 ± 0.4) μmol / (min · g) (P <0.05). Conclusion: The enzyme activity of diabetic rats was significantly lower than that of the control group.
